I got my Mutemath tix when they went on sale in July. Taking my 9 yr old son. Had I not gotten the tix then, before our bank account was depleted, we wouldn't be going to any show tonight. I am looking forward to some geek music tonight.

I bought mine early, too, but tickets went as low as $10.01 in the week leading up to the show, and with the second balcony 90% empty, the seats would have been pretty decent. And the show that MM puts on is one of the best I have ever seen. In my opinion, the excuses you gave don't hold up, but seeing another awesome show at BottleTree is a damn good one. :)
